Job Summary:

The helpdesk technician will provide daily support and customer service to our contract clients regarding their hardware, software, network and any related computer systems devices. The technician will respond to clients via phone and/or electronically. Helpdesk technician will follow standard procedures and use our current IT ticketing software.

Qualifications:

  • Information Technology degree recommended but not required.
  • A+ and/or Net+ certifications highly recommended.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Tolerates stress in fast paced environment.
  • Dependable.
  • Perform troubleshooting to resolve problems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the IT workforce.
  • Willingness to work extended hours.

IT Support Tier 1

Title: IT Support Tier 1

Status: Full Time

Job Summary:

The IT Support Technician I will provide daily helpdesk support and customer service to our contract clients regarding their hardware, software, network and any related computer systems devices. The technician will respond to clients via phone and/or electronically. Level I technician will follow standard helpdesk procedures and use our current IT ticketing software.  There may also be client issues the technician will need to service on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Information Technology Bachelor Degree recommended but not required.
  • Proven experience as IT Technician.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work extended hours.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Tolerates stress in fast paced environment.
  • Dependable.
  • Perform troubleshooting to resolve problems.
  • Ability to repair or replace parts on systems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Information Technology Associates Degree.
  • A+ and/or Net+ certifications.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Information Technology experienced.
  • Willingness to work extended hours.
