Title: Help Desk / Level 1 IT Support Technician
Status: Full Time
Location: Knoxville, TN
Job Summary:
The IT Support Technician will provide daily support and customer service to our contract customers regarding their hardware, software, network and any related computer systems devices. The technician may assist a Project Manager or Lead Technician on projects. Level I technician will follow standard helpdesk procedures and use our current IT ticketing software.
Qualifications:
- IT experience is preferred but will also train the right candidate.
- Able to work independently as well as a team.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Tolerate stress in fast paced environment.
- Dependable.
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve problems.
- Ability to repair or replace parts on systems.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Information Technology experience preferred but not required.
- Certification(s) related to IT Technician is a plus.
- Two Year technical degree preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work extended hours.

IT Support Tier 2
Title: IT Support Tier/Level 2
Status: Full Time
Location: Knoxville, TN
Job Summary:
The Level 2 IT Support Technician will provide daily helpdesk support, onsite support, and customer service to our contract clients regarding their hardware, software, network and any related computer system devices. The technician will respond to clients via phone and/or electronically. Level 2 technician will follow standard helpdesk procedures and use our current IT ticketing software. There may also be client issues that require the technician to service on-site.
Qualifications:
- 2-year Information Technology Degree or Bachelor’s Degree recommended but not required.
- Proven experience as IT Technician. Prefer 3 to 5 years of experience with an MSP.
- Able to work independently as well as a team.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Must be customer service oriented.

- Dependable.
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve problems.

- 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent.
- Information Technology Associate’s Degree.
- A+ and/or Net+ certifications.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Information Technology experience. Prefer MSP experience but not required.
